Shipping policy

Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same working day after payment is received, unless a different delivery time is indicated for a product you have ordered.

We generally ship via DHL and PostNL; they provide a delivery time of 1-2 working days in the Netherlands. For Belgium, it is 2-5 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused during transport.

Shipping costs

Shipping, packaging, and processing within the Netherlands:

Package shipping: €4.95
Package shipping Belgium: €6.95

Generally, your package will be offered at the address twice; an attempt will also be made to deliver it to neighbors if necessary. If a package cannot be delivered after 2 attempts, it will go to the nearest post office. You can then pick it up there.
