Refund policy

At Joymaxx, your satisfaction comes first. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you further!

1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-refundable Items
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Customized or personalized toys are not eligible for a refund, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. How to Request a Refund
Contact our customer service via contact@joymaxx.nl to initiate a refund.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting photos if the item is damaged or defective.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item, unless the return is the result of an error on our part (e.g. wrong or defective item).

The cost of the return label will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
